1. Business Development Manager
- B.S. or B.A. Degree, preferably with MBA;
- Experienced in Marketing and Business Development,
- preferably in Saudi Arabia. Gulf States or in the Middle Eastern countries;
- Has the ability to identify customer needs and plans and represent the company in customers' key
decision maker;
- High level potential in working with prospective customers for business opportunities for the
company, able to develop complete Technical Data Package Proposal Development Procedures in
coordination with Technical Team;
- Participate in Contracts negotiations, monitor proposal requirements and able to evaluate
technical assistance and information;
- Ability to evaluate manufacturing drawings and coordinate proposal issues with Industrial, Test
Engineering and Facilities giving high level consideration to capital equipment requirements and
manpower forecasts with view toward maximizing utilization of current factory capacity.
2. Contract Manager
- Business Administration graduate, major in Management and/or Economics, preferably a holder of
Masters' Degree
- Minimum experience of four (4) years in Contracts Management preferably with a major defense
contractor or electronics firm with special emphasis on FMS technology transfer, licensing and
commercial agreements
- Extensive work experience in Contracts Procurement and has undergone special course study in law
and contract management, and must have strong ability in preparation, negotiation and
administration of FMS and Commercial contracts under the minimum supervision of Contracts Manager
- Ability to handle broad business relationships with a variety of major US, Saudi and
International customers and able to identify and assess all areas of contractual risk and develop
strategies for management review and interface with customers on financial and contractual issues
and business development opportunities and formulate and negotiate a favorable contract terms for
all contracts.
3. Program Manager
- B.S. Industrial Engineering, Preferably MBA holder
- 6+ years in a program management position preferably in the Aerospace and Deference industry and
must have a thorough "hands on" understanding and experience (either technical or managerial) in
the avionics manufacturing or maintenance processes
- Capable of handling overall responsibility for the performance of a program/project and capable
of directing all phases of programs/projects from inception through completion. Directs the work
of team assigned to the program/project from technical, manufacturing, financial, and
administrative areas
- Strong capability in monitoring contracts performance, maintain military program schedules and
deliverables, contract modifications, expenditures and company profitability and must possess the
ability to act as the primary customer contact for program activities
- Able to manage and track program budgets (costs, labor expenses, program related expenditures,
etc), and generate appropriate reports for internal and customer use
- Must have a high degree of professionalism and exhibit excellent oral and written
communication skills in addition to excellent program management abilities and proficient
of managing multiple tasks, resolving conflicting requirements, and establishing priorities
- Knowledge of Oracle E-Business, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Word and Excel and writing status
reports for military customers and coordinate contractually required documentation and proactive
in identifying problems and providing solutions and assists in engineering and business
development in analyzing business opportunities
- Knowledgeable in handling government contracts and procedures and able to work with assigned
Contracts Officers and fully understands subcontracts administration and willing to travel to
customer sites for meetings and support for extended time durations.
4. Senior Accountant / Cost Accountant / Accountant
- BS. in Accountancy graduate, CPA or virtually qualified
- Minimum four (4) years Cost Accounting and Audit experience preferably in Manufacturing Industry
- Ability to review, analyze accounting documents and month-end journals and prepare Financial
Statements
- Ability to develop, interpret and evaluate cost data for use in developing pricing, quoting
rates, labor and material standard cost for inventory purpose and maintaining historical cost for
planning purposes
- Ability to gather data for use in aiding management in forecasting financial objectives and
management reporting system
- Ability to provide requested accounting data to Superiors and Department Heads in matters
relating to the compliance with the Accounting Policies and Procedures
- Strong ability in analyzing cost variance, budget performance, hours, quoting rates, expense
control
- Maintain, review and recommend procedural changes to effect cost reduction.
5. Treasurer
- BS. in Accountancy graduate, or B.S. Commerce or Accounting;
- Must have at least 5-6 years experience in L/C and L/G processes and cash management.

- B.S. or B.A. Degree, preferably with MBA

- Ability to evaluate manufacturing drawings and coordinate proposal issues with Industrial, Test

8. Sr. Telecom Engineer
- B.S. Telecommunications & Electronics Engineering from recognized university and must have a
minimum experience of five (5) years in Telecoms Engineering in a high-tech electronics production
environment
- Capable of providing Telecoms Engineering support to various developmental and pre-production
programs for electronic and electro-mechanical assemblies
- Able to provide Telecoms Engineering support to various developmental and pre-production
programs for electronic and electro-mechanical assemblies
- Knowledgeable with engineering and manufacturing processes for Circuit Card Assemblies, Surface
Mount and Through-Holes and must possess knowledge of interpreting drawing requirements to
generate complex telecoms work instructions and methodologies
- Able to develop tooling concepts, supporting tool design activities, providing engineering
liaison to factory supervision and production teams, planning and leading the incorporation of
design changes
- Capable of resolving issues and must posses' knowledge of generating estimates and proposals.
9. TQM Facilitator
- BS Degree in Engineering or in Business, with Auditing background
- Minimum of three (3) years experience in TQM Program Administration and TQM Initiatives,
preferably in an electronics technology industry
- In-depth experience and ability in TQM concepts & tools (SPC, Cost of Quality, etc.) top promote
TQM
- Six Sigma & Lean Manufacturing background is desirable
- Must be proficient in oral & written communication skills and able to develop and write
Technical Reports.
10. Associate Quality Engineer
- B.S. in Industrial Engineering or Technical Science graduate
- Must have at least 7-10 years of experience in Quality Engineering preferably in Electronics
manufacturing environment
- Experience in different electronics technologies (i.e. Analog, Digital, RF and mixed
technologies)
- High level knowledge of Workmanship Standards, Receiving Inspection Procedure, In-process and
Final Inspection Procedure, Conformal Coating - Inspection method and knowledge of Inspection
Defects Code
- Technical expertise in the definition, development, implementation, maintenance, and control of
manufacturing test frameworks and platforms (ATE) including solutions analysis/trade-offs,
cabling, impedance matching, & switching
- Capable of instituting review and quoting quality efforts on new programs, participating in
electronics design review, evaluating products in accordance with the established procedures and
specifications
- Ability to develop and perform FAI, quality plans, inspection work instructions
- Capable of reviewing, screening and approving manufacturing/test procedures and work
instructions, and implementation of statistical techniques to evaluate production status
- Knowledgeable in audit procedures, processes, conduct failure analysis, and must have work
experience in CSI and GSI
- Ability to write periodic reports on quality activities, and provide necessary training to entry-
level Quality Engineers and Inspectors.
11. Sr. Training Specialist
- Business Administration graduate
- Minimum of 8 years experience as Training Specialist, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- In-depth knowledge and experience in sourcing of training programs and processing training
activities
- Fluent in English, Good communication skills and knowledge of computer software
- Able to conduct In-house training programs in coordination with all concerned parties
- Must be proficient in oral & written communication skills and able to develop and write
Technical Reports.
12. Career Development Specialist
