purchasing clerk / executive
responsibilities:
-to purchase items as directed and inspects the delivered goods
-to follow up with vendor to ensure meeting the required delivery
dates
-to operates under specific requisitioning procedures
-other duties upon requested by superior from time to time
-to negotiate price for materials purchase
-as guided by established policies and procedures

quality assurance & quality control (qa &qc) clerk / executive
responsibilities:
-responsible for investigation and coordination of customer
complaint and follow up the result of action taken.
-assist in conducting internal audit for overall integrated
management system.
-responsible for measuring equipments calibration.
-responsible for preparing documentation such as part specification,
operation sheet, quality related data and report.
-to control and monitor customer returned goods and sample
submission.
-to handle all documentation and implementation of iso 9001.
-ensure all significant aspects are controlled in order that they
comply with the relevant regulations.
-ensure that the quality of products are up to standards.
-to undertake any other assignment as given by immediate superior or
management.

requirements:-
-spm/stpm/diploma/degree
-computer literature
-have strong skills in cost analysis, contract negotiation and
documentation.
-analytical and able to work independently
-possess good communication and leadership skills
